So God took upon himself for the first time, the responsibility of fathering a son; a pattern son that would bodily bear his image and attain the fullness of his glory (Col. 2:9/Heb. 1:3). The price tag was very high as the trinity for the first time in eternity would be incomplete without the fellowship of God The Word!
So the administration of light remains the most serious project that the godhead has and perhaps would ever undertake. Before God would unveil the world to come (the new heaven and the new earth), the souls of some believers must secure their lots in him and thereby attain His rest (Heb 4).
Believers today are therefore without excuse, because access to the secrets governing the knowledge of God’s glory is readily available wherever and whenever God’s revealed righteousness is being dispensed by the help of the Spirits of the Lord.
God’s glory only follows the-faith-building-trials-of-Christ (1Pet. 1:11/5:1), and this takes place as we allow the dismantling of the wrong life (disobedience/death/darkness), which we all inherited in the first Adam but have been destroying IN Christ Jesus (2Tim. 1:10).
The Gospel was initially the Gospel of God (Rom. 1:1). It was God’s Treasured Possession before heaven, earth or man was created.
